When you request the free calculator, we collect your name and email to record your request and deliver the resource. Optional lesson and offer emails require the separate checkbox. To stop those emails, use their unsubscribe instructions or contact Kenny.
Netlify hosts the website and stores lead and order records. Resend delivers resource emails. When purchasing is available, Stripe processes payments; this website does not store your full card number. We use a secure browser cookie to connect your request and purchase. Basic request information is used to limit abuse.
We use your information to deliver resources, support orders, and send optional emails you request. Contact Kenny to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Records needed for existing transactions may need to be retained.
The calculator is free. The optional Land Deal Toolkit is a one-time $67 USD digital purchase when checkout is open. There is no physical shipment or subscription. After verified payment, an access link is emailed and a download is available on the confirmation page.
For a toolkit refund, reply to your purchase email within 14 days of purchase. Include the email used for the order. A refund ends toolkit download access.
Calculations depend on the comparable sales and assumptions you enter. Examples do not guarantee a property value, deal, or profit. Scripts and documents are starting points to adapt and review for your transaction. Course enrollment, if offered separately, has its own terms.
